TERMS AND CONDITIONS

In order to guarantee in-company training course/workshop dates bookings are required in writing and all fees are payable in full no later than 30 days prior to the commencement date of the agreed course or activity.

All fees are subject to VAT at current rates.

Payment may be made by cheque payable to Training Solutions or by BACS to :

Confirmed training dates mean that a specific training consultant cannot be offered to other companies on those dates. As a practical consequence, if confirmed training dates are changed or postponed within 30 days of the agreed course dates a charge of 25% of the fees will be levied to cover administrative costs.

Training days which have to be cancelled will be subject to the following charges:
Between 2 - 6 weeks written notice - 50%
Less than 2 weeks written notice - 100%
