COURSE OVERVIEW:
This practical course is designed to help participants
better understand, manage and prevent stress in today’s fast
paced and competitive working environment. Participants will increase
their awareness of the causes, symptoms and implications of stress
and gain knowledge of how to control stress and pressure and develop
coping techniques.

are directed towards developing participants’ awareness and
personal skills.
