COURSE OVERVIEW:

This course is designed to enable participants to prepare for the pressure of media attention in a crisis situation and to make use of some simple rules to present their case in a professional, positive and realistic fashion. Emphasis is placed on the fact that the poor handling of a crisis can often have a worse effect than the crisis itself, whilst correct handling can boost the perception of the company and serve to reassure those affected by the incident.

TRAINING STYLE:

This course involves accurate crisis scenarios to which the participants are trained to react in a calm and professional manner. CCTV and recording are used extensively and participants have excellent opportunities to practice and to receive expert feedback
